You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, or use it to transmit harmful code.

SMS messaging terms

LiquidSteam sends storage account notifications to tenants of self-storage facilities that use our software, on each facility's behalf.

• Program: Account notices about your storage unit, such as payment reminders, past-due balance notices, and lien or auction notices. No marketing messages are sent.
• Opt-in: Tenants opt in through the consent section of their rental agreement with their storage facility. See how tenants opt in.
• Frequency: Message frequency varies.
• Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider for details about your plan.
• Opting out: Reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. Reply START to resubscribe.
• Help: Reply HELP for assistance, or email support@liquidsteam.com.
• Account questions: Questions about your balance, payments, or unit should go to your storage facility.
• Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Our handling of your mobile information is described in our SMS Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for promotional or marketing purposes.

Intellectual property

The content of this website, including text, logos, and images, belongs to LiquidSteam unless otherwise noted, and may not be reused without permission.

Client work

Software development work performed for clients is governed by the separate agreement made with each client. Where that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls.

Disclaimer

This website and its tools are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that they will always be available or free of errors.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LiquidSteam is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our messaging services.
