No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for promotional or marketing purposes.

This policy applies to all SMS text messaging services that originate from LiquidSteam. LiquidSteam provides account management software to self-storage facilities and sends account notifications, such as past-due balance reminders and lien notices, to tenants on each facility's behalf. This policy describes how we handle the mobile information used for those messages. See how tenants opt in.

Information we collect

Tenants opt in to text messages in their rental agreement with their storage facility. We receive the tenant's name, mobile phone number, account details needed for the notice, and a record of that consent. We use this information only to deliver the account notifications the tenant agreed to receive and to provide related support. We do not send marketing messages.

How we share information

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Mobile information is shared only with the service providers (such as SMS delivery platforms and wireless carriers) that are strictly necessary to send our messages, and only for that purpose. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile information for anyone else's promotional or marketing use.

Opting out

You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, you will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent. To resubscribe, reply START. Opting out of text messages does not change your rental agreement or your account balance; your facility may still contact you by email or mail.
