Storage account notices
About the program
LiquidSteam provides delinquency management software to self-storage facilities. On each facility's behalf, we send tenants account notifications by text message and email, such as payment reminders, past-due balance notices, and lien or auction notices. These are account messages only; no marketing messages are sent.
How tenants opt in
Tenants opt in when they sign their rental agreement with the storage facility. The tenant provides their mobile phone number on the agreement, which includes the following communication authorization (the facility is the “Owner”):
18. COMMUNICATION AUTHORIZATION
Tenant authorizes Owner to communicate via phone, email, or text regarding account activity and
facility matters.

LiquidSteam sends these messages on the facility's behalf. When a tenant's number is enrolled, the first message they receive is the confirmation below, which discloses message frequency, that message and data rates may apply, and how to reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Our SMS Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions apply to all messages.

Confirmation when opted in:
