Browsing this website
This website does not use cookies, advertising trackers, or analytics services. Like most web servers, ours keeps standard access logs (such as IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time of the request). These logs are used only to keep the site running and secure.
Pages on this site load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google's servers when a page loads. Google's handling of that request is covered by Google's privacy policy.
Device UDID lookup
Our UDID lookup tool asks your iPhone or iPad to report its UDID and basic device details so they can be shown back to you. This information is held in memory only, for no more than ten minutes, and is discarded as soon as your page retrieves it. It is not written to disk or kept in any database.
Email and support requests
If you email us, we use your email address and the contents of your message to respond to you and to provide the support you asked for.
SMS text messaging
LiquidSteam sends account notifications to self-storage tenants on behalf of their facilities. These text messages are covered by our SMS Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for promotional or marketing purposes.
How we share information
We share information only with the service providers needed to run our services (for example, hosting and message delivery), when you ask us to, or when the law requires it.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing support@liquidsteam.com.
